Thank you for this review. This was the only positive comment I got for the new bootstrap/AJAX version of the plugin. It was the end result of about six months of intense development effort. Before releasing the AJAX update to this most popular plugin of mine, I updated three other plugins (EZ PayPal, Google AdSense, AdSense Now!) and released a brand new one (Ads EZ) using the same framework, to catch as many bugs as possible. While I anticipated that some users may not like the new interface, or may encounter problems that I could not have foreseen, I also expected a large number of my users to say something positive about the update as well. None was forthcoming – not a single positive review, nor one encouraging word!
What I got, instead, was a steady stream of borderline abusive reviews, personal attacks on my “disgraceful” behavior, and poor communication skills, demands that I provide “VERY CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS” (in all caps, as one user shouted) to go back to the previous version, despite the fact that they were already given both in the FAQ and the admin page of the plugin, etc. All this for a plugin that I toiled over and provided for free! To say that I was disappointed is a big understatement.
I will not be doing any further development on this lite version of the plugin. The AJAX version of the plugin has been removed, and the pre-AJAX version reinstated here.
I will still work on the Pro/AJAX version of the plugin though. It will always be available at https://buy.thulasidas.com/easy-adsense, with its own support channel.
