Don't really get the point…

  • We have it installed for many months now, but I seriously don’t see what everyone is raving about. And lately, the plugin started asking us to review the product and the pop-up cannot be deleted.

    Folks, it would be good to show more clearly on your website what all this information can be used for. Also, the mailchimp integration isn’t at all straight-forward. Why can’t I just add prospects into a mailchimp list?

  • Thanks for the candid feedback. We’re removing the popup for the review in the next version of the plugin so that should go away for you. We’re also reworking the MailChimp integration setup to make it a lot easier to push your contacts into your email service provider. That should be launched sometime in mid-May and should address most of the usability issues with hooking up those lists.

    Lastly, we’re planning on adding in a few features that will help you communicate with the contacts you’re collecting in a more seamless way. We’re hoping that by allowing you to email your contacts and setup customized popup notifications Leadin will become a lot more valuable for you.
