Currently Having Issues

  • This plugin worked great until a few days a go. My issue I am having is with the preview. All of my PDF’s and DOC’s are showing a gray box now with “No preview Available” in the center. All the pdf’s and doc’s are stored in the Media library on WordPress. I am not sure if Google changed something or if it is the plugin itself. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
