• Be careful if you take a premium account. You will not be able to downgrade or cancel. I am speaking from experience. I took a premium account and then a month later I wanted to cancel, impossible. My credit card was charged 3 times, I wrote an email to de developper, Claude Schlesser, I got no reply. I even tried to contact him on Linkedin.

    The plugin itself is great, but I have to warn you against take a premium account. Just use the basic, until de developper fix this issue.

    What happened here is that one of our staff members unintentionally closed the first ticket asking for the downgrade. The second ticket was handled within a couple of hours after reception (on a Sunday) and the customer has fully been reimbursed.

    I’m very sorry for this issue and we have since taken improved our system so that this won’t happen again.
