How to add a .mo file video as AD before every clicked video is started

I wants to play a .mo file Animation video before each video plays like in this site https://www.creativecontrol.tv if you see any video then it plays an animated logo before every video so I also want’s the same in my https://fluketv.com/ site I have purchased the JW Player Ad’s Version also but i don’t know how to add this Animation .mo file can anyone help me out?
