• After weeks of trying to debug and sort the problems out and finding no way to remedy the problems, I requested a refund. As stated on their website they offer 100% refund on products that do not function/irrepairable and if you claim in 30 days. My products did not function and even bepro couldnt repair. I requested a refund within 30 days after many hours of stress and sleepless nights and ended up installing completely different software that immediately worked seamlessly within my WordPress site. I received no acknowledgement from BePro to my refund request or any email response to any previous emails. I therefore went to PayPal resolution centre. And have since had responses, but from a very rude, unprofessional individual insinuating i’m trying to rip THEM off. This is NOT a reputable company. Stay clear.

    @beyondprograms Please do not modlook this topic, it really doesn’t rise to needing that intervention.

    There are positive ways for you to reply and your plugin page does upsell all those add-ons. That makes the customer experience valid for leaving a review here.

    This review has nothing to do with the plugin being distributed on www.ads-software.com. We sell lots of plugins not related to this one. How can we respond to unrelated questions here?

    @lucy_jo Thanks for the tip-off. I almost made a purchase and decided to check other customers’ experience dealing with the the people behind the code, not just the code. But their response, even here on this public forum, says a lot about their general attitude.

    – Customer confirms we have a refund policy when many plugin makers do not
    – Customer admits getting support and replies but obviously they ended communication with our support team

    As registration is free, anyone can view all forum threads. We never had a conversation with this customer, where we stated our products were not repairable. In fact, our last reply was an agreement to investigate an issue, although other customers confirmed there was no issue.

    We won this dispute; However, note we continued to attempt communicating with the customer, even after their negative review and disputes. We hope this insight allows future customers to form their own opinion regarding our professionalism and software functionality.

    We are human too, with the ability to be compassionate beyond policies. Had this customer communicated with us, the result could have been different. Don’t worry, we won’t let experiences like this, stop us from providing premium support to our customers going forward.

    As someone who has bought the addons and is using bepro, I can probably give a bit of feedback here.

    This plugin seems to be under constant development, a lot of tweeks and changes seem to be being made. I’ve had a lot of back n forth with the developer and naturally it can take a while to get issues resolved. Also it can take a bit of getting used to and customizing to get it performing the way you want it to. There is never going to be an out of the box directory plugin that with just a few clicks can look and perform exactly how you want it to… because everyone wants it to do different things.

    However their support is great (and if you go onto their forums, you will see my constant back n fourth over the past few months) and they keep giving me advice and tweeks that are helping me to achieve what I want to for my site. My experience with bepro has been very good so far.
