• I’m using the Living OS Upsilon theme on my blog. I’d like to hack the theme & widen the post display area. I’d like to dramatically reduce the amt. of blank blue space on the right & left side of the page. I know how to widen the dimensions of the post display area. But how do I reduce the amt. of blue space on the pg? And do it so that all the segments (sidebar, banner, etc.) line up properly?

  • Check the styles.css file in Notepad

    ..

    richards,

Your background images making up the borders of the content area are of fixed width, so tweaking this theme so you could have say 960px of usable content area would mean you’d have to edit images and tweak CSS throughout the theme.
