Not as effective as it used to be

  • <p>Down to ** (2 stars) :(<br />Every update seems to get more complicated, and yet more spam gets through… has anyone found an alternative yet? <br />The original version had few settings and worked perfectly. Ever since the paid version, there have been more “features” to configure, very little documentation, and even with the autoconfigure setting, it lets a bit of spam through.<br /><br />Latest Version *** (4 stars)<br />After the big update, spam does get through although it does block the majority. So it’s not as 100% effective as it once was.</p>

    <p>BEFORE UPDATE ***** (5 Stars)<br />A very effective plugin to prevent spambots without having to force your real (human) visitors to sign in or make extra verification before they can comment.</p>
    <p>Works with standard wp comment forms and contact form 7 without any fuss or fiddling at all. Plus with the spammer log section, you get to see just how effective it is and where the spammers are trying to spam your site.</p>
