• So you think the free/demo version sucks. I just paid for the PRO version, $37, i paid a little extra to have the social sharing option. and as soon as you check the box for social sharing the plugin selects a GB Light-box, ugly and non-professional looking light-box with pink navigation, worst part is that it gets locked to it, and to use other light-box i need to reset all settings and loose all customizations.
    I Emailed tech support and received no response. so i went to Paypal and filed dispute, ofcourse they were quick to respond to a claim, and it turns out they have a HIDDEN no-refund policy on the website.

    EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM

    Here is a copy of their arrogant email with a saying that applies to them for providing half-truth on their website, or half-lie either way they are obvious crooks, and i have facts to back myself up.

    In this video you can clearly see there is no warning telling you you need to buy FooBox Lightbox in order for Their product to look as pretty as they advertise it. FooBox is used on all their demo pages.
    I went for Pro version instead of Eco because in its features list it had “Social Sharing”, which was another obvious lie.

    What you are trying to ask in your previous emails was about Foo Box LightBox which is show on our website’s demos.
    We have shown demos of Foo Box along with other LightBoxes on our website.
    You liked the one which is Foo Box and asked how to enable it?
    We have clearly mentioned on our demo page, on our pricing page and on our features page, that Foo Box is not part of our development Module.
    You have to purchase it from FooBox itself. What’s wrong with it? We are not selling on a false promise that it is included in the development. Instead we made it very clear on all pages.

    100% Satisfaction Guaranteed doesn’t mean 100% refund. It’s about the satisfaction you will get from the product.

    But in your case it is about half knowledge before make a purchase.

    Also to add, I emailed them two times regarding my issues, no reply still. But they just replied to my paypal dispute again. This tells me they are money oriented, not customer oriented.

    What about the giant “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” image on the website? Doesn’t that imply full refund?

    I told them i cant use their gallery with all the glitches and instability. Half of my images appear blank and give “image cant be found” error. I cant run such an unstable plugin on my website. And yet after my complains and refund requests they basically tell me to keep walking, i’ve been had for $37… Dont they understand how easy it is to ruin reputation, and impossible to rebuild it.

    @contact-banker, i would be careful, that claim means the exact opposite of what you think it means, and you could find yourself in legal trouble. just my two cents.

    I admit i am frustrated and wont post anymore, just wanted everyone to know who theyre dealing with because Tech-Banker is very confident in being legally correct here, and after receiving my money they put my account at tech-banker.com on hold.

    So Jan, i have received zero support ever since leaving a negative review. The company that sold me their software had a “Satisfaction Guarantee” on their website. I never received either one, their plugin is buggy as hell, i tried using it but the best way to use it is to not use any extra features. i get blank pictures on my website, choosing a light-box messes a lot of settings up ruining the work i have done uploading and organizing my images.

    WordPress has this plugin in the directory, hence supporting its vendor.
    The vendor is un-professional and a thief to say the least. I may be venting again. But does WordPress step in to make things right?

    All i received from WordPress is a warning for giving too many proper feed-backs to the thieves that stole my money and put my account on hold at their website. This just looks wrong, flat out wrong, and i feel like WordPress is on Tech-Bankers side, not mine.
