    Yes;
    Here is my request to them and their response. They said I installed it twice?

    You installed SumoMe Manually as well. which seems like you installed it 2x which would explain why you were having issues.

    <script src=”//load.sumome.com/” data-sumo-site-id=”c103bb7e7cb12a93687710d4b72f0d6e6af86994321686f18189d5005122f973″ async=”async”></script>

    It’s located right under your <body> tag.
    Regards,
    Jamie

    I installed Susoime in my wordpress website a week or so ago. I want to remove it. My reasoning s website load speed and I understand you say that the way it loads makes that no big deal, I just don’t need it and don’t want it.

    I installed the wordpress plugin, but can’t make the blue banner thing go away. It still affects loading somehow and I can not figure out how to get rid of it.

    I would like to completely remover Susome. I may want to sometime in the future, but now I want it to go completely away.

    What the hell. How did the plugin add that code to my <body>.

    What file did you find the code in so I can delete it.

    Did this solve your issue?

    Thanks a ton

    Any answer to how to effectively remove this plugin? I uninstalled but the blue tab is still there.
