Really, the best support I've experienced, and the best rating plugin

I was so excited to get this rating plugin on my site. I purchased Multi Rating Pro and had some problems integrating it with my theme (which uses different taxonomies). Daniel was so incredibly patient and helpful, and he quickly updated the plugin to help other people who might have similar problems. It’s the best rating plugin I’ve come across and I’m so glad to have it set up and working perfectly.

Using plugins can be a nightmare because developers sometimes abandon them or aren’t responsive to support requests, but Daniel is responsive and makes sure you’re happy with your purchase. I’d recommend using any of his plugins because of his professionalism and patience.
