After my purchase I realized that I should have reviewed the annual license before I jumped in with both feet…. so I had to create a support ticket…. that ticket was answered “right away” which is rare and it felt good to know that I was in good hands.

    Turns out, I am in great hands…. I was able to setup the software using the default template in a matter of minutes and shot off the invoice and estimate I needed to get out right away….

    Bottom line is that I rated this software on many factors: price, ease of use, support, and documentation (including videos) and this is an easy 5 stars! Bonus points for the professional look and feel of the default theme and (according to the documentation) customizing this later should be a snap!
