• I have spent 5 months trying to patiently get the Backupbuddy and Security products to work on my client sites. Security side locks me out of the website and has caused conflicts with other plugins ongoing.

    I get the hosting blamed, even when different hosts over the 5 months in attempt to fix this.

    I then get told when asking for partial refund that I had use for 5 months and downloaded, so no refund.

    Given I did everything asked of me and tested for so long with errors every day….surely this proves the products are not reliable and as a consumer I should be respected in my request.

    Instead I see a pattern of blaming the hosting companies and myself…but never accepted any responsibility from their own company or development team.

    Very unhappy after a significant purchase of the suite which as been useless and I would NEVER trust on client sites in the future. Would not even think to use the ecommerce product after experience with the rest.
