Many problems

  • I had to deactivate all plugins because of some problems. Before that Jetpack worked without any problems but after I want to re-activate it, the problems begin with Jetpack.
    I can active the plugin itself but I could not activate any of it’s features. It always says “Feature xyz” is active, deactivate it by clicking deactive. But only the message appear and nothing else happens. ALso the connection to the Blog-Site on wordpress.com/sites disconnected and I am unable to reconnect.

    What to do?

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
