• I had only downloaded one other plugin on WP within the last months…I had originally thought that IT was the offender, so I deactivated/deleted etc. Problem not solved. I then deactivated and deleted this – voila! No more popups. Unless there’s some other way to be infected with adware (noting only that this came up when I was in wordpress working on my website, never any other sites).

    Hello,

Our plugin simply installs a snippet of javascript code that loads our chat widget (cloud based system). I assure you our plugin has nothing to do with your website’s problems. I don’t believe you’ve reached our support with any questions and I’m not sure what website you’re referring to. We have over 5000 active installs, fantastic reviews, and guarantee our plugin is clean and does exactly what you’d expect it to.

We’re extremely disappointed that you have left us a one star review without even giving us a chance to chime in. Our support team bends over backwards to help wherever possible.

I owe you a huge apology! I was 100% sure that the problem was the plugin (you guys were literally the last plugin left – as advised by my host) and then again the problem popped up today. I am sorry for my review, if there was a way to delete it, I would. I feel very bad for my snap decision.
