• Typical GoDaddy acquisition: Take something that works beautifully, then completely stop supporting it as it crumbles.

    I’ve had issues for MONTHS with the basic functions of this software, including no before/after screenshots after updates, failures to back up, silent failures of updates, and the site just refusing to update so I have to go to my sites manually to update them. This kind of defeats the entire purpose of paying for this. Support is basically “yeah, we know, the devs are working on it” for MONTHS with no public updates about the problems.

    FWIW, I’ve been a ManageWP customer for over a decade, before GoDaddy bought them. I’m no longer a customer. What a shame that such a brilliant product was ruined.
