Useless, unless you stat buying their add-ons

We installed this expecting to use the described functionality in conjunction with a larger system.

Unfortunately, before we could even test the add-on, we hit a wall of the form fields we needed being available in the admin, but not in the front end. After contacting support, we were told we would need to purchase a “form builder” plug-in to have the fields available.

While we have no problem purchasing plug-ins, we do still expect the free ones to work as expected.
