• EDIT: Problem fixed after disabling and enabling all other plugins, like Ankit suggested. If you’re having problems with the cart or add to cart buttons even after uninstalling, try this fix first.

At first it worked ok for a while, but after a while my cart got messed up.
I wasn’t sure whether it was this plugin that made the cart reset itself, but I had my suspicions, since the only change I’d made in a while was installing this plugin.

Luckily after a couple of days of troubleshooting, a new version of woocommerce had come out, that fixed the problem by overwriting any changes the plugin had left after uninstalling.

I thought I’d give it another shot with 4.3, but now the add to cart buttons wont add to cart without refreshing the page. This happened right after installing the plugin and persisted after uninstalling again.

NOT RECOMMENDED at this state, I was about to make my shop public tomorrow, but now I’ll have to deal with this first. Very disappointed.

    Hello Kasvivalo,

Sorry that the plugin didn’t work out well for you. Just to let you and others know, the plugin deletes all its data during uninstall. So if you are having issues even after you uninstall the plugin there is high possibility that some other plugins or theme method has conflicts with your system.

Try basic troubleshooting steps by switching to default theme and deactivating plugins one by one to see if that resolves the issue.

If you need any help send me details at info [at] ankitpokhrel.com.np and I will be happy to check it for you.

Also, please do not leave a bad review simply because there is a bug. We developers are here to help fix bugs. Ask for support and then post a bad review if you don’t get help, but let us try and help you first.

    Regards.

    Hello Ankit,

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate taking the time to write back.

Disabling and enabling all the plugins seems to have solved the problem for me (thank goodness, I was having trouble restoring a backup)

Anyway, thank you for your help, I can’t believe I missed such an obvious troubleshooting step this time around. I will adjust my rating based on your support here, but I cannot give 5 stars yet, since two separate cart problems have occured after installing this plugin on two different wordpress versions and the problem didn’t reoccur after enabling all the other plugins one by one. (I can email you a list of the plugins I have installed if you want to take a look)

I don’t know which of my plugins would cause a conflict, since only my third-party checkout plugin is directly involved with the cart, but at a later step. I can’t say I’m familiar with all of the code, though.
