Works great, a bit inaccurate though.

  • Very clean and simple. Love it! Unfortunately, it’s a little bit off (about $17 on a $100,000 calculation).

  • Did you set the compounding period? It’s set with a default semi-annual period, but you probably want monthly. Visit the settings page under Setting > Resp Mortgage Calculator. Compounding period is in the first section.
