Wasted 2 Days

  • I just wasted two days working with this theme and I have years of experience with WordPress. After I put a ton of work into it, found out none of the good features (like product carousel) come with the free version. Way late to find that out. Basically none of the features you would want (that they lead you to believe the free version has) come with it. They set it up so you are so invested with the free version you get the premium version. They just want the money – no integrity here. Don’t waste your time on this, and I sure wouldn’t buy the premium after this experience.

  • Sorry to hear you feel so cheated. I hate that. I’m not sure how to make it more clear what is in the free version. We of course have two demo sites that are built with the free version:

    Both try and outline what can be done. Not sure how you would have been able to see anything in regards to a product carousel without looking at the premium demo, premium tutorials or premium features on the products page.

    I apologize for your “wasted time”. Would love to hear feedback on how you would like us to make it more clear what is in the free theme. And any specific’s on how you feel that we lead you to believe there was an option there isn’t.

    I thought everything was very clear in terms of what is premium and what was not. In the end the standard features were way beyond what I needed. We paid premium however for the outstanding support alone.

    Sorry you had a bad experience that was not our case at all.
