[plugin newsletter subscription] page disappeared from extend?

does someone know who i have to ask to resolve the problem? the wp.org website support is not answering

hello, the url in the first post is still broken, the website support is still mute, does anyone know the correct procedure to get my request read by someone?

a new url has been created: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/newsletter-subscription-double-optin-1 but the plugin download link gives 404
