Page loads to bottom instead of top

I’ve just moved to a new blog host and re-installed everything. I thought it was a completely identical installation.

Now, though, when loading any new page or post, it jumps to the bottom of the screen when it’s done loading.

It happens in all browsers, and it happens with all plug-ins deactivated.

The site is https://www.thinkingchristian.net. Depending on where you are in the DNS updating situation, you may be redirected from there to a temporary address.
