Adds a massive annoying banner

This plugin adds a large, highlighted, unwelcome and unnecessary “Get Premium” button to the “Installed Plugins” page, which is quite annoying to look at. It makes you seem like you have a plugin update. You would think the owner of this plugin would be more creative in the monetization method of this plugin. Why not win us over with value instead of annoying us to the point where we either stop using the plugin or buy premium and become a massive headache for the dev.
