• Purchased the paid version (product importer deluxe) and can’t get it to work. Made several support requests via the website and via email and no response. Waste of money, I’ll be trying top get my money back.

    Hi aenright, there’s an obvious issue in the past month with dropped enquiries not making it to ZenDesk; both e-mail and FB… I’m just getting back on my feet in AU after being deported from DK so support has suffered this fortnight. As above feel free e-mail directly until the above is resolved, will process your refund regardless of the outcome as we’ve dropped the ball in supporting you.
