Would be great plugin if major bug is fixed!

The first two days I had plugin activated it was great. Then a major bug comes and disables customizer menu making customization useless! I have to give a 1 because plugin in creator does not respond to support issues from several people now. I would understand if there was no solution but we cant be sure without a courtesy response.
