Crashed my site

Crashed my site after I paid for the professional version. Deactivated each plugin to see which was not playing nicely. Not one of them made a difference. Asked for help. Sent screenshots of the site. The reply was the same – “don’t see any errors”! How could you miss them. Asked for refund towards purchase of the personal or business version. No reply!
