Problems with moving widgets

    Hi I am hoping someone can help me.

    For some reason I can no longer move my widgets in the side bars, if you try and remove them, rearrange them, add or take them away when you click save changes the pages just goes white and none of the changes happen.

    Any ideas why this may be happening and how I can solve it?

  • Hi there, I’ve had this happen twice,
    and both times it was a clash with a plugin,
    I don’t know what you are using, but normally I deactivate each plugin one by one and keep checking if the problem has stopped,
    if you find the culprit you can deactivate it.

    Thanks Mike, we only have one plugin actived, I deactivated it but it made no difference, any other ideas ?
