Need Support

  • It’s the best plugin out there, and it has worked wonderfully. However I have found a problem on my site since a few days ago. When I open the page with the form, the form is arranged in a weird way and the brackets are grey as if you can’t write on them, and the button for the next (form) page doesn’t work. The problem gets fixed when I refresh the same page, but I need a real fix because I can’t make my customers refresh the page.

    I thought the problem arose after installing W3 Total Cache, so I reinstalled WP drop scratch and built the site without the plugin. The problem is still present. Other plugins I have that might affect it are Jetpack, Yoast SEO and Visual Composer.

    Thanks for the rating, its much appreciated.

    As far as support goes, we tried to offer free support but it started affecting my income and I was struggling to get by each month.

    We do however offer a paid for support, which is not ideal I know, but it does help me keep working on the plugin while living.

    Also, we do look at the forum to find bugs and work on those. If you find a bug, you can always post an issue on the github issues page https://github.com/Desertsnowman/Caldera-Forms/issues
