Broken, mildly functional.

  • It connects with Slacks webhooks but when and will post in the channel that there is a new chat request, but it does not pass along the email or name of the person which is rather important.

    What version of WP Live Chat Support were you using when this occurred?

    We’ve just released an update with a few changes to it, as well as having tested it on WordPress 4.4.2 and WP Live Chat Support 6.0.0. The plugin has worked without any issues on our side.

    Would you mind giving it a try on your side and letting me know if you are still experiencing issues with this?
