How to make automatic posts using XML files

Hi Experts!

I am newbie and have a website https://www.newspostonline.com . My problem is that I am finding it very cumbersome and mistake prone to write posts manually – the ones which I am buying from news agencies.They are willing to upload the XML files via FTP to my site. However, I have not been able to figure out how the XML files thus uploaded will be able to make posts automatically? Is there any special software which is needed? Is there any other way in which it can be done?
