    Even more epic fail is that this drive-by “review” by a brand-new account did not ask for any support on the plugin support forum and on top of that provided no usable details of the supposed problem in this post. That is not exactly a winning strategy for getting your issue, if it is indeed an issue with the plugin and not user error (as the many glowing reviews on this site show the plugin works just fine), looked at.
