Nice and easy

This is a very nice plugin to have if you want to quickly setup your Patreon button on your website.

I would have two points of feedback:
1. It would be nice to edit the button. “Support on Patreon” is nice, but for a Dutch website, that I happen to run, it would be nice to have more options. Even a shortened “Patreon” button would be better really.
2. If at all possible, it would be great to see a tally towards the current goal appearing in the widget. If possible, a value that doesn’t depend on the language, like a progress bar.
