There is sth wrong with my wordpress editor

hi – When i wanna post a text and write, wordpress editor is not working true and somethings are wrong – : it is only at the HTML Code mode and i can’t switch it to To The another button, View Mode Like the Picture I sent – i can only put the HTML code – plz help me ASAP
