It works. But you can`t custom BP profile absolutely.

  • I bought the PRO version and I thought I could customize everything.
    But you can`t make submenus in the base BP profile.

    You can add new menus and submenus and it works fine.
    But if you want to re-organize your basic BP menu with submenus, you can’t do it.

    Anyway, the plugin is OK and the support was inmediate and efficient.
    It works.

    We’re really sorry that the plugin didn’t work for you. Also, please rest assured that you’re entitled for a full refund in case we’re not able to have you get the functionality you were desiring.

    In the vast majority of cases, it’s another plugin that’s conflicting with ours. Would you please disable all other plugins and try? Also, it’s sometimes a conflict with the current theme you’re using. Again, if all doesn’t work, please let me know and I’ll issue you a refund.

    It’s a pity because I was very very interested in the plugin…
    But guys, it dosen’t work properly…
    ??

    I’ve disable all the plugins except BP but the submenus aren’t working at all.
    It’s OK to change the order of the menu but the submenus don’t work for me.
    If it’s possible a refund it would be great.
    But it would be greater if it could be working properly…

    What can we do?
    Actually i prefer my plugin working ok and a good rating for you than my money back.

    Can you describe the problem you’re having in more details? A screenshot would be really great. Are you using a single WordPress site or MultiSite? Also, have you tried using the standard WordPress theme to see if that fixes anything?

    Well, my problem is I need to organize the profile menu with some submenus.
    This is what dosen′t work.

    If I want to re-order or activate/deactivate the menu items, the plugin works fine. But the submenus aren`t working.

    I’m not sure if I’m setting it up ok, but it seems it’s not complicated.
    As far as i understand under “Actividad” should appear “Mensajes” and it’s obviouly not showing it. Instead it shows me the basic items of “Activity”, you know, “Personal”, “Mentions”… but never “Mensajes”

    Thank you very much for the screenshot, I now know what your problem is: you can only add submenus to your own custom menus, but you can’t add them to the BuddyPress default standard menus. BuddyPress will simply ignore any menus you add that have the same menu names as BuddyPress.

    Uhm.
    So, the plugin is working properly, isn`t it?
