    I asked for help on 2.23.16, today we have March 1. What do you think, is that a great service? My customers can’t pay me, I loose money every day. So whenever I had a problem, it takes some days up to a week to get help. It is too long so I quit with them. No more again.

    Sorry again for the delay in helping you. Our support team has been working on your issue, but It was a subtle issue and they escalated it to me. I’ve been busy handling a death in the family, but have just found the time to work out your issue and send you instructions that should help.

    I’m glad we could help you figure out the translation issue you had and the 11 other support threads you’ve open. You purchased membership in July 2015, and sadly we cannot process refunds after 3 months.

    Even if we wanted to offer refunds for customers who have been using our service and support for over 6 months, PayPal only allows refunds within 60 days:

    “You can issue a full or partial refund up to 60 days after you receive a payment as long as its status is “Completed,” “Pending,” or “Cleared.””

    I don’t want to mislead people who might stumble upon this.

    We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days, but will regularly do them within 60 or 90 days depending on if you checked out with PayPal or by Credit Card (we use Stripe). After those time periods, it is harder and more costly for us to process a refund. We have to find a way to send you a check or money via PayPal, we don’t get a refund on the fees we’ve paid already, and have to pay extra fees to send money.

    So was this 1-star rating a misunderstanding ? Can you clarify mapri22 and/or adjust your rating ?

    Hi Maxime, the plugin is ok, but as you can see in my post, their service (time of response) is terrible. If you need this plugin daily for your business as I do and you got a problem, you will loose money everyday, because they are slow in response. I can’t accept this. I upgraded this plugin and had to pay for it, wont know what will happen if you a non paying member.
