    I emailed support 3 weeks ago asking why my header was drastically different on a desktop then it was in mobile. The theme was supposed to be responsive right? The mobile header was shrunken to the point you could barely see it in a background box that was three times the height of the header. It was hideous. After 21 emails back and forth with a representative that was rude, condescending, and didn’t understand how the theme worked he told me I would have to pay the developer $25 an hour to get the header working properly. If this were the case he should have told me in email one 3 weeks ago and saved me a lot of time. Also I think it’s insane that you have to pay a developer to make sure the theme header is responsive when the site says they have a responsive theme. If you want to make your site look exactly like the demo (their header and all) use this theme, otherwise find something that will actually work on all screens with support who cares if their product works properly.

    Hi Julie,

    Our support received from you 11 letters on each you got the answer and different ways of solving the issue. You have incorrectly fill the site content. Our theme is a template for sites. If you want additional settings or change the design of the site you need to contact the developer or choose another theme.
    Free support doesn’t include: Theme customization and Custom coding.

    How is asking your site (that claims to be responsive) to find out why my header is not responsive asking for custom content? Every answer you gave me DID NOT WORK and then you told me if I wanted it to work (like it inherently should) I would have to pay you. That is ridiculous.

    What is more ridiculous is that after I posted this review my personal site was attacked with 8-10 emails from the owner of Fruitful code calling me a [Expletives moderated] and other really great names. How do I know it was the same person… Well I tracked the IP address and the owners of both IP addresses are THE SAME PERSON.

    STAY FAR AWAY FROM FRUITFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please remove our theme from your website and don’t use it anymore. Try to forget that you downloaded theme for free. I’m sorry for your spent time. Attacked with 8-10 emails? If you experienced web designer/developer try to improve your form, if you don’t want receive spam emails.

    I like how you justify attacking someone online as their fault… You are the most unprofessional person I have ever met! I can prove it was you who sent the email as well and have reported it to WordPress. If you are going to be in the customer service market you better learn how to properly help people and take criticism.
