All thousands of themes in the WordPress repository will break your “Tab menu” usability guidelines because it doesn’t apply to WordPress, In WordPress dynamic menu system you can insert custom links, pages, categories, tags, posts etc and Main menu has limited space. You can check this by changing to default themes yourself and if you find something different then you can contact us at [email protected] and we will inspect it.

Could not let the avtice tab be based on tags, so that you have a tag that will make the tab active. (one and only one tab and tag pr. post). Do you see what I am getting at? I think others WP themes have solved it in that manner.
