This is by far the worst plugin i have ever used!

I recently downloaded and installed this free plugin only to find out that the core features I needed were paid. After humming and hahhing, I decided to take a chance and purchase all the addon’s.

Initially the plugin looked promising, however after the dreadful documentation, complete lack of support (I bought this several days ago and have not received a single email reply to tell me that they will get back to me or provide me with any notice that thay have received my request) and several days of frustration trying to get a simple variable product of 42 lines imported correctly each and every time, deleteing my woocommerce, even doing SQL table maintenance to try and clean it up, with the import still not workin g correctly or consistently!

Its time to quit.

Initially it took me a long time to figure out what even the field names were in relation to other export routines from other products. Even now I am not sure of which fields relate to what.

A Simple list of all Field names with a GOOD description of what they are and what they expect as data in them would have been helpful.

The examples layed on on this guys website are hardly examples that someone can relate to. An explanation of what Woocommerce structure would also have been beneficial. We are not all coders, DB masters, more detailed and visual information is necessary for understanding.

On top of this, the plugin will not run well on an Eco-website server host at all, failing at random points, I keep getting told by my web host that I am running to many processes or going over and that I need to upgrade my service ! for a simple data upload ??

You keep getting the dreaded This server has lost connection, check your ajax settings.

I am now seeking to get my money back and look elsewhere.

I am now done with this plugin!
