Technical Support

  • I had a serious problem with my website not being able to process WPL latest update and the whole thing crashed. My web host could not resolve the problem at all and I am not tech savvy enough for that type of IT issue but Howard P. at WPL went the extra mile to restore my site and enable WPL to work correctly. It took a few days because of access issues and serious problems with site incompatibilities but he kept going until he fixed the problem so I can’t fault the support received. Top marks!
