• Recently, I had a project from a client in Brazil for developing a large scale web portal. Ive purchased number of products from Realtyna including their amazing WPL Pro. They helped me install the product and I enjoyed the back-end and specially Flex-addon very much! Unfortunately my clients wife passed away and he pulled the plug on all of his projects. With hopeless eyes, I explained the situation and asked a refund 10 days after expiring the refund policy. Realtyna team went beyond my expectations and they agreed to the refund! I never expected them to do so as I had similar experience with other companies and they never agree to a refund even 1 hour after expiring the policy! I take off my hat for the Realtyna Team and their Amazing product!

    Thank you for your nice words. To clarify this for the other clients, our satisfaction guarantee / refund policy are strict as well. (like other companies with accounting policy – 30 days for normal products, 60 days for MLS Integration).

    However, your special case was an exception and we got the approval from our accounting manager.
