incredible support!!

Im absolutely amazed at the support from these guys.

The search looks and feels great!! really helped to finish off my site.
it even shows thumbnails on suggested search.
im quite literally thrilled with it! I spent ages trying to find a search plugin like this!!

when i first installed it i wasnt sure if id done it correctly, so i sent the developers an email and they came to my site and set it up, also they had to do a few custom tweaks for it to work with my ecommerce site.

After testing the demo i really wasnt going to be happy unless i had that search on my site! so i even offered to pay for them to do a custom install specifically for my site, they actually refused to take my money and came to do the work for free!

as i said, incredible support! as we all know, in this industry everyone tries to make a quick buck for installation etc etc, but these guys didnt, if anything they just earned my trust even more, i know that if i need support from these guys they will be there at the drop of a hat!
10/10 customer service!!
