One of the worst theme

  • This theme is useless. I bought their Pro version and found that many of the default contents cannot be changed. for example, you cannot disable testimonials. you have to write at least one testimonial else it will keep displaying default contents. now, how can you have testimonial on the first day of the business? similarly, featured projects cannot be disabled. and there are many such stupid things. when i asked site owner about it, he replied saying “you got what you saw on the website, we cant do much” and he was very very rude. never do business with such people. in short, Worst theme.

    Hi Ashok,

    Not sure we did reply to you saying we can install as shown in the demo but you insisted that this is something what themes do normally.

    Again not sure why we were rude let us know and we will change the language to sound more humble and polite.

    Lastly if it matters we are ready to offer you some other better theme in case you want to use it as we don’t want customers to be cribbing after doing business with us.

    We never use such derogatory remarks for any of our customers and never would practice such an offense which would bring such bad name to our company.

    Again we can offer you a free theme. We can give you support if you need and as usual we have been polite to all our users of theme whether they will be free or paid users.

    what solution you offered ? do 1000 changes to theme? is that how end user suppose to use your theme? where is the user friendliness ? i have your email in which you asked me to use third party plugins and all that. if using your theme requires so much work for end user, why will anyone use it ? you could never answer my main question, that is “why cant i disable the default contents?” you had no answer to this. and why will one use your services when you address your paid customer as “SAALE” “chindigiri” etc….you are an absolute nonsense.

    You can kindly go to Appearance > Theme options > sections and open any of them to find checkbox hide this section to hide any of those sections.

    Plugins are useful when some functionality is needed and its not present in the theme like different contact form, different type of content set up ( page builder) can be used etc.
