• Very bad support team!!!

    I even purchase the PREMIUM PLUGIN and put on my website and they were saying its invalid license.. I purchased for one website and was using on my other website ==> As you can see on their website it is clearly mentioned ” Use On Any No of websites ” Check URL as proof: https://prnt.sc/as2pnu
    But they did not provide me any support even after purchasing.

    Don’t purchase it ==> Use other backup and migration plugin!

    We have asked you over the support ticket #8134 a few weeks ago to verify your Purchase ID twice. You mentioned that you would have to contact your client about it and never got back to us since then.

    Please, if you need us to provide premium support that you had requested, kindly provide us your Purchase ID.

    You people clearly mentioned on your website that once someone purchases the PLUGIN then someone can use on NO. of websites then Why PURCHASE ID?
