    Dear olopolo11,
    I’m sorry you could not use the plugin as you wished. The free version adds an “Email templates” menu on WordPress left sidebar: there you can create and set as many templates as you wish, that you can later assign to all your store emails from the YITH Plugins > Email templates settings panel. So, you could create, for instance, a different email template for different times of the year ??
