Excellent Support

I give it 5 stars for support. They were very patient with me and helped me greatly even with the free version. I did purchase the pro and am having difficulties. More than likely I’m not using it correctly. They mean it when they ask you to send a support request to them if you are either having difficulties or frustrated which there actually should not be any. I am almost 70 and have dementia; but NOT Alzheimer.

As far as the plugin: The free version is extremely easy to use. That’s because it’s basic. Only a couple of designs for the type of player you want because there are few settings. However, the default values can easily be used without problem and a lot of people may not need a variety of players; especially if they don’t have very many videos on their site. I did get the “pro” version and for me I have trouble with understanding some of the settings. Again, this is where plugin.builders grand support comes into play.
