Improvements not! Existing good feature got removed.

    Great plugin.. but you removed the call out button and replaced it with a Mail Chimp button.. WHAT IF.. I don’t use MailChimp and just need a call out button link for something else?

    Please add back the generic call out button.

    And it also resets itself back to default after about 12 hrs.

    I guess you get what you pay for.

    Hey Joel,

    We were having an issue with the form, so ended up replacing it with a button. It was definitely a temporary solution, which we already reverted last night.

    The old form is back and working smoothly. We also have added the documentation to go along with it — https://docs.fancythemes.com/article/18-installation-guide-for-fancy-coming-soon

    As for the reset issue, let’s wait for 12 hours, and see if I can reproduce the issue.

    Lastly, I want to let you know, we definitely want to make this a fantastic solution and will do our best to make sure that things are working smoothly again.

    It has been more than 12 hours and all settings are still the same. Please provide me more info, so I can help you out.

    It seems to be stable. If it happens again, I can consulte myhost, I suspect multiple servers are implimented on my host, but not sure.

    Also, I had to add html and css to it to create a button, as the MailChimp seems to only use a single field (email) – and in my signups First and Last Name is required. (Unless I’m using your plugin wrong.

    No problem — glad you got that sorted out.

    Yes, at the moment, it only displays single field (email), which is how the theme is designed.

    If everything is working smoothly, can you change your ratings?
