Strange review, especially after we discussed this on github where I explained to you that your particular ‘problem’ is not actually a problem.
Our ‘Secondary’ menu has never appeared on handheld devices so to call this a bug is a misnomer. We offer a ‘Handheld’ menu location for that specific purpose so there is no need to display your secondary menu as well.
What you have asked for is a feature request. If you look in the support forums you’ll see this has been requested before and folks have helped create the setup you desire.
If the theme is truly ‘full of bugs’ please open issues on github and we will investigate. But if those ‘bugs’ are actually just feature requests then I recommend posting in support for assistance ??
