When adding new user cannot view or change password

  • New users are reporting being unable to log in and when I go to my user list I see that they are not saved. I try to add them as new but when I click the “view password” button it is unresponsive so I cannot see the password

    If you open your browser’s inspector / developer tools, do you see any errors in the console? Do you have any adblockers enabled? Try disabling *all* browser extensions and plugins.

    Though unlikely, this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
