Implement js into home page

I’m trying to use this typed.js only at my homepage. https://github.com/mattboldt/typed.js/

I’ve moved the typed.js into the /assets/js folder of my theme. What should do next to let it only show at my homepage and connect the css to it?

Any help would be apreciated..
