Fatal error: Cannot redeclare contact_email etc

  • Hello,

    I am hoping somebody somewhere can help me with this. I have a site using the Blackbird theme and everything was going fine and then I got this

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare contact_email() (previously declared in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas01_data03/16/3496416/html/wp-content/plugins/contact-bank/contact-bank.php:290) in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas01_data03/16/3496416/html/wp-content/plugins/product-enquiry-for-woocommerce/product-enquiry-for-woocommerce.php on line 971

    I don’t know what it meand or anything. It wont allow me to do anything at all. not even go to my dashboard. If anyone could help me with this or point me in the right direction how to fix it it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    “contact-bank” plugin seems to be the error.

    Try deleting this plugin using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

    Thank you very much. At the risk of being a pest when I get into the FTP can you tell me what I need to do to delete that particular plug in. What do I need to do when I get into the FTP. Thank you again and again I don’t mean to be a pest.

    Delete the folder of “contact-bank” plugin

    /wp-content/plugins/contact-bank/
